Payment Methods

We require payment in advance by wire or telegraphic transfer.   Fish will be shipped within 14 days after receipt of payment.

DOA Policy

We guarantee live arrival.  DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt and will be applied against future purchases based on the cost of the fish lost.  No DOA credit will be allowed for the cost of shipping
